7-Day Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

  • The product must not show any signs of wear or damage.

Size Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  • Pack the product securely with all original tags and packaging.

  • Ship the parcel to our return address (shared by our support team).

  • The customer is responsible for sending the parcel to us.

  • Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the correct size (subject to availability).

  • A Rs. 300 courier fee will be charged for sending the exchanged product back.

Processing time is usually 1–2 working days after we receive the parcel.

Exchange for Another Product

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days.

  • Return the product in its original condition with all tags.

  • After inspection, we will dispatch your selected product (subject to availability).

  • Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

  • A Rs. 300 courier fee will apply for shipping the exchanged product.

Processing time is 1–2 working days after receiving your returned item.

Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and accessories must be attached.

  • The product must pass our quality inspection.

After approval, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Government taxes and payment processing charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refund Options

Store Credit

Receive the full eligible refund as a TORBI Store Credit, which can be used anytime on our website.

Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

If you prefer a cash refund, the approved amount can be transferred to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

Refunds are usually completed within 2–4 working days after approval.
