Currently, TORBI offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within Pakistan.

Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

Failure to complete payment may result in future order restrictions.

7. Shipping

We currently deliver only within Pakistan.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days, although delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders above PKR 2,499 qualify for free shipping unless otherwise stated.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

TORBI also reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
